Many towers and gated communities in Dubai ask residents to get a move-in or move-out permit from the building management or developer, and to book the service lift for a set time. Arrange this before the moving day and tell us the time slot, so the team arrives prepared and the move is finished inside the booked window.
In areas such as Dubai Marina, JLT, Business Bay and Downtown Dubai, moves usually go through the service lift and a set loading entrance, at a time the tower management agrees. We dismantle large pieces so they fit the lift, and protect floors and corridors while we work.

We move desks, chairs, cabinets, files and IT equipment. Boxes are labelled by department so each workstation can be set up again quickly, and the move can be scheduled to limit downtime.
Beds, wardrobes, dining tables and other large pieces are dismantled before the move and assembled again at the new place, with screws and fittings kept together for each item.
We supply boxes, bubble wrap, foam, stretch film and tape, and can pack the whole home or only fragile items such as glassware, mirrors, pictures and electronics. If you prefer to pack yourself, we can deliver the materials.
